We usually ship your order within 2 days after it is placed, using USPS as the primary shipping provider. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Our guitar bags are individually packaged and shipped. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels. Please monitor the tracking info for each package.
What should I do if there's an issue with the guitar bag I received?
If you notice any issue with the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you promptly with returns or exchanges.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number, which you can use to check real-time updates via USPS or our tracking system.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns based on personal preference (e.g., dislike or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if the tracking information hasn’t been updated for a while
Sometimes the tracking system may experience delays. If there’s no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help you update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
